To know 7-year-old Angela Laureno of West Brighton is to be inspired by her. At two weeks old, the blonde-haired second grader at Sacred Heart School was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis (CF), a genetic disorder that affects mostly the lungs but can cause damage to other organs, such as the pancreas, liver, kidneys and intestines.
