Come and learn about the value of a Catholic education, and get a step-by-step guide through our Admissions and Financial Assistance application process. Speak one-on-one with the principals and representatives from 11 of our Northern Manhattan schools, and get help in completing and submitting your online Admissions and Financial Assistance Applications to the school of your choice right at the fair.

Once you have selected your school, START YOUR ONLINE APPLICATION. Please review all of the information on this page before you start your Admissions Application.

Announcing Early Admissions for the 2017-18 School Year:
New students entering Kindergarten through Grade 8 who complete and submit their online Admissions Applications on or after our early admissions date of December 1, 2016 will receive their decisions sooner.

Application Deadlines

For the 2017-18 school year: New students entering Kindergarten through Grade 8 who complete and submit their Admissions Applications on or after our early admissions date of December 1, 2016 will receive their decisions sooner. Families completing both the Admissions and the Financial Assistance Applications (including all required documents) by February 15, 2017 will receive decisions regarding acceptance and financial assistance no later than March 31, 2017, and likely sooner.

To apply for Universal Pre-K outside of New York City, contact the local school district where you reside or your Catholic school of choice for further information.

Applying for Financial Assistance

Our goal is to ensure that no child is denied a Catholic school education due to financial constraints. The Archdiocese of New York and its Parishes, Inner-City Scholarship Fund and Children’s Scholarship Fund are making new scholarship awards and financial assistance available to qualifying families at participating schools.

Important: Please remember to fill in your Financial Assistance application for the 2017-2018 school year as soon as you have submitted your Admissions Application. If you have selected a participating school, you will be given a special link and access code to apply for Financial Assistance for your family after you submit your online Admissions Application. You can include multiple children in the same Financial Assistance application. Please use the same email address and password you used for your Admissions Application when you login.

To apply for more than one child, please submit a separate Admissions application for each child

Step 3: Complete Interview & Submit Documents

Your child’s Admission Application is not considered complete until your child has been interviewed and you have submitted all required documents to the school.

After you have submitted your online Admissions Application, please call the school to schedule an interview. When you speak with the school to schedule an interview, the school’s staff will inform you what documents are required in addition to those noted below:

Birth certificate
Report card for grades 1 to 8
Standardized test scores for grades 1 to 8, if applicable
If applicable, the current Individualized Education Plan (IEP) on file with the Committee for Special Education (CSE) for all grades
If applicable, 504 Recommendation for all grades
If Catholic, certificates of sacraments

PLEASE NOTE: There will be additional documentation required if you decide to apply for Financial Assistance.
