A mobile dentist program called Smile New York visited Our Lady of Grace School in the Bronx to offer free cleanings and exams to over 200 students at the school. “Dental care is so expensive even for myself, so it’s great to bring the dentist to the school. It takes away from the parents having to take them outside of school,” said Principal Richard Helmrich. The students left with a new toothbrush, a dental report card and lessons on how to keep their smiles bright!
